It seems we all have question about the health of our city, about the challenges we are facing and what can be done about them. During these turbulent times it is important to think about what it takes to create a “Stronger Community”.

On October 3rd, Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs with Kelowna Chev will be hosting an evening with Vu Le (Voo lay) writer, speaker, vegan, Pisces, and the Executive Director of Rainier Valley Corps, a nonprofit in Seattle that promotes social justice by developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and fostering collaboration between diverse communities. Vu will share how in this sociopolitical climate of uncertainty, the fostering of community and belonging continues to be critical.

Join us as we are inspired and provoked to think of ways you can contribute to making a Stronger Community – Where Everyone Belongs. At the same time help us celebrate Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs 60th Anniversary and our efforts to impact our communities’ children, youth and families in a positive way.
